the writing in the front came out purpleish. I am not sure because the letters are too thin, but it looks like an alcohol touched and diluted the ink where it is black. I would like to redesign and/or contact with an assistant for place a replacement order.

Everything was good except paper quality , finish and color as my design was way brighter , but what i received was dull .

To provide some clarity, designs created in bright RGB color mode are converted to CMYK during the printing process. This conversion can sometimes result in colors appearing less vibrant in print compared to what you see on screen. To better understand the concern, could you please share images of the cards you received? This will allow us to compare them with your submitted design and identify where the differences occurred. The overall process and building and modifying of your card is a smooth and excellent experience.
The layout is great and I will absolutely use the service again. My only complaint is that the shipping is. . less than amazing for price. I see the angle but I'd rather of put that money in shipping to more products if shipping was free or heavily reduced
