Replacement cards due to printing defect came with new, different defect

Of 8 items ordered using the identical source vector source materials, this item was printed with poor registration. The replacement cards, generated on your end, were also of poor quality, with dithering introduced. The agent claimed this was due to low res images; however this was an all vector PDF with line art and text, precisely the same as the other 7 items originally ordered which turned out fine. No raster images to be found. I take exception that the blame is put to files when for these replacement cards I didn’t build the order and had no control over what source imagery you used. The initial misprint and the flawed reprint are both errors that would have been caught by the simplest and most routine quality control checks and neither should have left your plant.

I love my first arty cards! I used a watercolour image I painted years ago of the ocean and shore. Other cards in my life have been strictly business so these are a fun departure. They came in a handy storage box; the card stock feels sturdy, yet friendly in a malleable way; and the glossy finish is a nice upbeat shine just right for my needs.
