When reading the product description and upgrading to the premium cards, it gives the impression that they are the same quality as a credit card or a thick white plastic card. They are not. What I received appears to be a standard business card with a thin, cheap laminate applied — similar to laminating a sheet of paper — and then stamped out. The edges are rough and unfinished, and the overall feel is nowhere near the durable, solid plastic quality that was implied. Very disappointing for something marketed as “premium. ”
I have previously ordered rounded-edge and painted-edge standard cards from Vistaprint, and those were noticeably higher quality than this so-called premium product.

I'm not sure if it's the plastic type or not but the picture color quality is terrible.
It is not as colourful as the pictures we used, looks like someone lowered the contrast and dimmed the brightness

Our white plastic business cards don’t come with “mag strip” technology – the black stripe on the back that readers can access.
While we’re not limited to just plastic business card printing, we cannot legally print any design that looks like an ID card, credit card or bank card. Other types of custom plastic cards (like loyalty or membership cards) are fine.

The plastic card printing process prevents us from adding special textures or finishes to the cards. However, you can use almost any type of design – bright colors look particularly good with the high-gloss shine.
While bright colours work best for plastic business cards, you’re not limited in what you can design. You could even use all white (no printing) or black on your plastic business cards.
