Severe color mismatch and disappointing finish compared to sample and online

I ordered the Pearl Business Cards after checking a sample and online, but the final product did not match what was promised. First, the background color on the actual cards is completely off compared to the exact color code used in the design file. It isn't just a minor variation, the final background looks entirely different from the original card color intended. Second, the paper quality and finish are inconsistent with the sample pack and online. The sample paper had a beautiful, noticeable sheen, but the actual order arrived much less shiny with a very muted finish. The combination of incorrect colors and a dull pearl effect makes the overall card look disappointing. I would recommend being cautious with color accuracy and sheen qaulity if you're ordering this stock.

This paper works best with lighter-coloured designs. Rich pops of a darker accent colour print beautifully, but if your design is mostly black or dark grey, you’re less likely to see the full shimmer effect. And if your design uses photographs, you may want to consider a different paper stock.

Out pearl business cards are made using a 16pt premium paper. Each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch, to give you a frame of reference.
