Hello, I have received my business cards, but unfortunately I noticed that they have PDFescape watermarks on them. I provided my own design, and it definitely had no watermarks — I double-checked it on different devices, and everything looks correct. Could you please let me know what might have caused this and how we can resolve the issue? At the moment, the cards cannot be used in this form.

We're sorry to hear that there were watermarks on the cards ordered and can understand your disappointment. In reviewing the account, we're seeing that the design was uploaded and ordered with the watermarks on it and so this was the reason for the cards coming the way they did. We're seeing that an update was saved to your account today that does not show the watermarks on the product. In light of this, we've processed a free replacement for the cards as a courtesy. You should receive the new order soon.

Frequently asked questions

This paper works best with lighter-coloured designs. Rich pops of a darker accent colour print beautifully, but if your design is mostly black or dark grey, you’re less likely to see the full shimmer effect. And if your design uses photographs, you may want to consider a different paper stock.

Out pearl business cards are made using a 16pt premium paper. Each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch, to give you a frame of reference.

Pearl paper isn’t great for writing on. If you’d like to add notes to your cards, our uncoated option might be your best bet.
