Not the colour as it looked on the screen.

Usually everything at Vistaprint looks great, but in this case, when the colour was most important for matching my wedding colours, the result looks a bit dingy... I tried to print just one sample but it wasn't possible with these cards so it's got to be reprinted
Response from Vistaprint Customer Care Team:
We are sorry to learn that the visual tone on your wedding items fell short of your expectations, and understand your discontent. After checking your account, we are glad to note that our support team has already responded to your inquiry and provided a helpful resolution. To help clarify why this variance can happen, please note that it appears the tone discrepancy may stem from the printing format used. At our facilities, we utilize CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Key-black) for all physical prints. On digital screens, we typically view RGB colors, which often appear more vibrant and life-like. When designs are transitioned to CMYK print, they can sometimes render slightly muted by 1 to 2 shades, creating the less preferred effect you noticed on your cards. Thank you for bringing your feedback to our attention. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to call us at 833-996-2067.
