I received my cards today and was quite disappointed. While the front side is acceptable, the back has noticeable white streaks and looks as though it was scratched or rubbed against something. The quality appears cheap and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged me from ordering again.

I don't think it is vista prints fault, i did say i approve of the order. it looked good on line, but when i got them I couldn't read the back. this is what happens when a system is dependent on computers. i am sure if there was a person actually looking at the cards they would have seen the problem and contacted me.

I read similar reviews, seems like an easy fix on vistaprints end. Just make it clear that which part of the card will be shiny. Also color is not what I thought it was going to be. My expectations were that it was going to be shiny yellow background and metallic symbol. Just got the metallic symbol.
