We are glad to hear that you liked the quality of the cards otherwise, but we completely understand how frustrating uneven alignment can be. Please note that we generally don't encourage using borders on printed items. Due to the nature of our cutting process, the actual cut can occur anywhere between the bleed area and the safe margin, which makes it very difficult to guarantee that borders will be cut completely centered and even across all pieces. To help us take a closer look at your order and find a resolution for you, could you please reply directly to this email and share a few clear photos of the cards you received? Once we receive your images, our team will review them and work with you to make things right.

I ordered Business Cards to give out to our customers at the Farmers Markets that we go to. They turned out beautifully and perfect, loved the color, the printing, the set-up and lay out. I showed them to my Husband and he agreed. The only drawback and it is 100% my fault, nothing on Vistaprint's side, I ordered them under Canada not U. S. I received them in a timely manner but now my layout is on the Canadian Vistaprint side so if I need to re-order I have to log into the CA side.

16pt (equal to .016 of an inch) and premium plus cards are 18pt (equal to .018 of an inch). Each point (pt) is equal to .001 of an inch, to give you a frame of reference.

You can write on our matte cards, but different markers or pens may give you different results. If you’re looking for a material you can easily write on, try our uncoated business cards.

You can choose from our square shape and rounded corner upgrades. We also offer special finish upgrades, like embossed gloss or foil accent. Just look for those choices as you go through the design process, and keep in mind that special finishes aren’t available with square business cards.

Absolutely. You can choose from glossy finish business cards and a variety of others. Matte business cards have a smoother, non-reflective surface, sometimes described as silky or polished. They’re great for deep colours, especially for black business cards, and have a refined feel. Glossy business cards have a shiny, light-catching finish that helps bright colours and photographs pop.

If you’re uploading your own design, make sure that your image resolution is at least 300 dots per inch and uses one of the following formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .jfif, .bmp, .png, .gif, .heic, .pdf, .psd, .ai, .eps, .ait, .ppt, .pptx, .tif and .tiff.
