i use vista print for past 15 years and i never received this quality before. the quality is not like before. very disappionted.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts on the Matte Business Cards. We appreciate your many years of support and regret hearing that the quality of the new cards was not as expected. Our review of the design shows that the uploaded image has a low resolution. This would have resulted in the image being blurry. For the best quality, we suggest using a high-resolution/clear image. The resolution should be 300 DPI, and a vector file type, such as a PDF, is preferred. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend replacing your original artwork and placing a new order. We trust this was helpful to you.
