I ordered 250 business cards and about 50 of them had red printed ink all over them, and a couple were printed with a different business's card design. Luckily, it was refunded with no issues. On the brightside, the cards that did not have the errors look and feel wonderful!

The card template on website is completely different than the actual card.
Low grade printing and not professional.

We’re sorry to hear that the cards did not meet your expectations and that the colors and print quality appeared dull compared to the template shown online. Please note that paper finishes can affect how colors appear once printed. Linen stock has a textured, matte surface that can make colors look softer or less vibrant, while glossy finishes tend to reflect more light and make colors appear brighter and sharper. If you need any help selecting a different paper finish that may better suit the look you’re going for, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist.
