The cards do not look the same as when I ordered online. They are not legible at all

Thank you for reviewing the Kraft Business Cards. We are sorry to hear that the writing is illegible. We have reviewed the design and found most of the information to be too small. For best results, we recommend the Kraft business cards for simple designs using dark colors. The color of the text that was selected is too light. Also, the text in the script font is too small and is recommended to be made at least 3 times larger for best results. In the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order: www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We suggest placing a new order. We hope this helps.

I received my cards looking a bit different from my previous order. I contacted costumer service to let them know and wonder if the craft paper has changed since the colours look different. Really was not looking for anything in return. However your team was quick to respond and after reviewing my case, I was refunded the full amount via store credit. These little details make customers be loyal. I will order more from you for sure. Thank you!
