When the cards were delivered my customers could not read my contact info, it was dull and horrible. First time with the bamboo cards and I loath them. I'm so upset

PDF proof different from actual print

I ordered bus cards. Downloaded the pdf proof before finalizing my order and everything looked good. When the cards arrived the font blended in with the cards and it was illegible. Had to reorder them and wasn’t able to use them for their intended purpose as the reorder did not arrive in time.
