Correction issue

Greetings Vista team, I don't mean for this review to be "public" so feel free to delete it if it is. Long story short, I had submitted a project that initially contained a "typo" on my design, Vista's virtual assistant instructed me to re-upload the corrected project / file and that I could do so while the project was not currently "in production". That was the case so I successfully uploaded my modifications (roughly less than an hour after the first upload). I had to re-check the verification box and was good to go. If I click on "edit project" for the submission / order, I can clearly see the corrected file. Unfortunately I was still sent the previous erroneous submission (I had also deleted the erroneous file from the project). I have nothing to say about the express delivery and print quality, all that was excellent but I feel the virtual assistant or custom design area mislead me into thinking I was getting the corrected project. If something can be done here, I would appreciate you getting back to me (I can also mail back the entirety of the project along with the enveloppes). Thank you.

Yes. Before adding your thank you cards to your cart, you’ll have a chance to add envelopes. Please note that you’ll receive one envelope for each card. If you’d prefer to skip the envelopes altogether, you’ll be able to do that too.

We don’t offer custom samples at this time – but you can order a small batch of 10 wedding thank you cards. This is a cost-effective way to see and feel your cards in person before you fully commit. After reviewing the colour and paper, reordering more is quick and easy. If you want to make any updates, you’ll be able to edit your design in our studio.
