While RGB colours used for digital screens can appear brighter and more vivid, certain tones may shift once converted to CMYK, resulting in a slightly darker or less vibrant print. To help us determine whether this was due to these common variables or a production issue, we kindly ask that you share clear photos of the printing quality concerns noted. This will allow our quality team to compare the printed result with your design file and identify the best solution. For future orders, designing directly in CMYK colour mode can help achieve more accurate tones. Choosing glossy paper stock, which you already selected, often produces brighter and more vivid results, while using high‑resolution files ensures sharper details and richer colours. Adjusting the colour mix, such as reducing the amount of Black (K), can also enhance vibrancy and provide a richer finish.
