There was a layer issue with a black layer, for each poster I generated the PDF proof- where the layer was not visible - however on the print version it appeared on all 3 posters ordered

For future poster orders, we recommend flattening all layers and exporting files as print-ready PDFs before uploading. This helps prevent hidden or non-visible layers from appearing during production.
