Easy to design & order

Customizing your signs is fast and easy. First, select the size you want. Then, if you’ve got a design file ready, just upload and go. If you’re starting from scratch, no worries. Choose from a range of templates, pop in your info and images and make any adjustments you want in our user-friendly design studio. Once you get them, setting up your signs is easy, too. Just slide the bottom into the plastic tabletop stand and you’re good to go.

Would have been perfect for the display table, but the email address printed on the sign is blurry and the letter ‘e’ is smudged, so we still need to spell out the email address when accepting e-transfers

Our record shows that a duplicate was made of the business card design, then uploaded to the tabletop sign. Based on how this was created, the upload had a low resolution. We have corrected the error by recreating the design and have processed a free replacement order. The order number will remain the same as the original order, and you can track the status of the replacement by going to your Order History under My Account. For best results in the future, we suggest that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order; www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We hope this helps.

Our plastic tabletop signs are 3 mm thick.

We use fade-resistant UV ink, helping your design look sharp for as long as possible. At the moment, we only offer single-sided printing. (Note that your plastic sign holder isn’t customizable, either.)

Yes, here are a few helpful tips to keep in mind:

Place text away from the design’s edges and use a 20pt font size or more

Use light-coloured text on a dark background and dark text on a light background

Make sure your images are clear, vibrant and have a resolution of 300 dpi

No, we only offer the 3 sizes listed on this page. We do offer a wide range of other custom signs, so feel free to explore!

Our plastic sign holders are 3" x 5" and made of clear acrylic.

Setting up your sign is easy: Just slide the bottom of your sign into the acrylic base provided. The front of your sign should face the side of the base with the sloped front. When you display your sign, make sure there’s nothing obstructing the view of your messaging.
