The chargers DO NOT work

I gave the chargers to some of my clients. Started getting complaints yesterday. I tested 2 today . They DO NOT charge phones even when I totally removed the phone case.

I'm not sure why, but I opened a few of the order I recently purchased and they do not work what so ever. Very disappointed.
