I'm not sure why, but I opened a few of the order I recently purchased and they do not work what so ever. Very disappointed.

Positioning is Very Finicky

Print quality is decent, nothing impressive. Positioning of the phone on the charger is sensitive to the point of being essentially non-functional. If I look at the phone wrong it stops charging, not really an opportunity to use the phone while keeping it on the charger.
