Frame fell apart

Framed picture was ordered. First one was in pieces on arrival and the replacement that was sent fell apart before we could put it on the wall. The actual picture we had printed was fine but the frame in both cases was just rubbish.

My frame was cracked in two corners when I open the package. Beautiful print. However the frame itself was horrible.
