I received my teal Dog Mom Fur Ever Loved travel mug, quite quickly. I was very happy with the sharp detailing of the letters. My company brand name in small font on one right side turned out perfect. I'm really happy with it. Comfortable handle, the lid fits nice. Was pretty expensive though, but looks great. No. We recommend hand washing your custom mug instead of using a dishwasher.

Personalizing your 15 oz. travel mug is simple in our intuitive design studio. Once you decide on a mug color (we have 9), you can either upload your own design or head to our gallery. There, you’ll be able to browse a wide variety of designs for any style or theme. You can also choose between 1- or 2-sided etching. When you’re all set, just finalize your order and we’ll ship your freshly personalized mug right to your door.

Each mug is created through a process known as powder coating. Using special technology, coloured resin is applied to the mug's surface, which results in a long-lasting, vibrant finish. Your design is then laser etched onto the mug, revealing the stainless steel material underneath.

Absolutely. With its double-wall insulation, your personalized travel mug is ideal for enjoying both hot and cold drinks.

When you start designing, you can choose between 1- or 2-sided etching. If you select 2-sided etching, you’ll have the ability to create a separate design for each side of the mug.

Note: 2-sided etching comes at an additional cost.
