Envelope presentation folders come in 2 sizes: 6" x 9" and 9" x 12". The smaller size works well for sample kits and compact materials, while the larger size fits standard letter-sized pages and bigger documents, and is ideal when you have lots of material to share.
While we don’t offer the exact same templates as our standard presentation folders due to the different shapes and orientations of the folders, we do offer similar designs for our envelope folders.
No, our envelope folders do not include a business card slot. If you need one, take a look at our other presentation folders.
Yes, they’re large enough to fit CDs and other types of media like USBs, as well as many other types of media and promotional items like stickers, keychains, pens & pencils and more.
The main differences are the number of pockets and how they open. Envelope presentation folders have 1 large pocket and open from the top, keeping your documents fully enclosed. Standard presentation folders open from the side, more like a book, and have 1 pocket on either side. If you need a sturdier folder, a business card slot or a foil accent finish, we recommend our standard presentation folders.
It depends on the look and feel you want to create for your envelope presentation folders. Standard paper is a durable cardstock that works well for everyday use, while premium has a thicker, higher-quality feel that can make a stronger impression, especially for client-facing materials. Our glossy stock has a shiny coating that helps colours appear more vibrant, making it a great choice for image-heavy designs.
