Poor logo placement

My logos were printed much lower on the t-shirt than the mockup showed. Vista print sent one shirt replacement outnof three shirts printed.

Unfortunately, the tshirts did not turn out like the phot mock ups would suggest. The logo, which looked centered and at the level of the armpit / top 1/3 of the shirt was actually not centered and almost half way down. Which is a really awkward spot for a logo to go….
