Amazing customer service on top of excellent pricing, speed and quality

I ordered 6 custom t-shirts with a design by my 11 year old granddaughter. The order was processed quickly and at a reasonable price. The shipment went astray. Vista was on top of the issue immediately. Did a reprint and shipped next day at no extra cost. They kept in regular touch. Second shipment arrived as promised followed by the original missing shipment. Vista wrote off the extra cost. The t-shirts look great. My granddaughter is delighted and I am super-impressed with Vista's customer service.

3 shirts out of 20 came out with dark dots but too close to try swapping at this point.

Everything that came was in perfect condition. Looked great and fit well(shirts). Ordering and customization of items selected was a breeze. Prices were pretty decent too.

Not Consistent

The logo turned out great on the white T-shirts and looks clean and sharp, just as expected. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the grey T-shirts. The colours are really off and don’t match what was approved, which is very disappointing. The inconsistency between the white and grey shirts is frustrating, and it takes away from the overall quality of the order. I was hoping for the same standard across all shirts, but the grey ones did not meet expectations.
