I am so confused about Vistaprint's process for printing t-shirts. The design looked good on their computer system, however they stopped production to "fix" the design, making it arrive a week later than expected. When it arrived, the back of the shirt was completely blurry! It looked as if the printed picture and words were being scratched off. The front looked fine, but the back is so embarassing - and it's the same font/design on each side, so if they had to fix something they did not fix both sides. In addition, when I asked to cancel the order after it was delayed production/shipping, I was told by Customer Service that I could not as it was already in production and I would not receive a refund for the express shipping I paid for. Ridiculous. I should have printed it myself at home, it would have been better quality and faster.

I loved my order but next time I will try and make the writing under my logo bigger. So its more readable. The pens I made did nit turn out that vivid. But it was from my design so I understand why that would happen. I will definetly order again :) Terra Nova's Healing Homes

The fit and quality of the shirts were nice, but the logo faded after the first wash, eventhough I washed it in cold water and on a delicate cycle.

The shirts turned out very nicely, and we got our order on time which was a big load off our minds. Some people found the sizing chart a little confusing, but it seems like everyone's best estimates worked out well.
