Pinching fabric around logo

I ordered this t-shirt and when I received it I noticed the fabric was pinched around the edges of the stitches logo. I tried washing and even ironing the spot inside out but unfortunately I think it was just poorly stitched.

The embroidery was exactly as I wanted.
The material is very thin. . . I can see my hand through the shirt when holding it. We bought them for our mechanics. . . we'll see how the staff find they are after washing a few times. I probably wouldn't purchase these again.
