I wouldn't buy this again

I thought a pullover would of been a little better then what it is. It's made of thin material, acts like a wind block if that, I don't even know what you'd use it for. I'm also a small for everything I buy but for this the small is too small. The measurements are my measurements but this is just too small. I needed help getting out of the darn thing because it's so tight. Not impressed with this
