Poor embroidery quality – shirt badly puckered around the logo

I’m very disappointed with the quality of the embroidery. The fabric around the logo is badly puckered and distorted, which makes the entire shirt look cheap and unprofessional. I ordered this polo specifically to wear for my business, but in this condition I would not feel comfortable wearing it in front of customers. The logo itself is fine, but the embroidery has pulled the fabric so much that the area around it looks wrinkled and deformed. For a custom embroidered polo, I expected much better workmanship from Vistaprint. I would like this to be replaced or refunded.

I'm starting a new surveillance company and wanted to start out with professional uniforms to stand out from others. The process of uploading my design and selecting the colour and type of polo shirts attributes was easy. The price was a bit expensive for the shirt and logo, but quality is just fantastic. My wife had been telling me they would be cheap quality, but when she saw it in hand, she was very surprised and told me to get me, which i will be doing. The shirts (I got 3 in all) arrived earlier than expected too. All in all excellent experience and product.

The white circle around teh logo was very thin and not circular. The image uploaded was high res and teh preview looked good. Shirt was more square than the image shown and material was quite cheap. Shipping speed was great, was here 1 day earlier than expected.
