I would not buy the Polo's with logo again

The experience with the OGIO Jewel Polo was very frustrating and a very different experience than we are used to with Vista Print's normally excellent customized service. We never received this product as the logo and communication in relation to the logo was confusing as well as required multiple calls and emails in order to finally determine they could not accommodate the order. The really challenge with this was, we had to scramble to have golf shirts created for our golf tournament fundraiser by a small company who completed everything perfectly for us. I have had a lot of trust in Vista Print in the past, and this experience has caused me to question that. I will now have to check my credit card to ensure we were not charged for these shirts. Hoping our next experience will rejuvenate the trust we have together.
