The polos came with the wrong color logo, which was mainly a misunderstanding on my part. That said, the online ordering system could have made it easier to catch the issue before it went to print. What stood out was the customer service. I called in, they fixed everything immediately, and sent me new polos at no charge. That kind of no-hassle response is exactly why I'll be a returning customer.
