I purchased Hanes® Ultimate Cotton Crewneck Sweatshirt and Gildan® DryBlend™Jersey Sport Shirt. I was very careful to follow the sizing and ordered based on measurements and even took in to consideration that items will shrink after wash.
Gildan® DryBlend™Jersey Sport Shirt size M is more like a XS/S and the S is more like XXS (UNWASHED) The large fit well and was to the measurements.
Hanes® Ultimate Cotton Crewneck Sweatshirt size L is more like a XL and the M/Small measure the same and are more like XXS (UNWASHED)
I am disappointed. As a startup business we cant afford to spend more money on clothing for our team. I am hoping that VistaPrint can rectify this issue somehow. We cannot use the merch purchased.

Overall, quite a nice 50/50 cotton/polyster blend polo shirt. Material feels nice, not too thin, not too thick. I purposely wanted to avoid getting something that was jersey like, but still breathable enough that I could walk around outside in it and be a bit busy in it for my own business.
Only complaints I have, is that especially after washing it and having it shrink a slight bit, it's fairly tight in the arms, and it's quite long; It's a good one for tucking in if that's a style you're going for, however.
Embroidery was spot on. It looks great, exactly what I wanted!

Very disappointing experience. I approved the embroidery design, but the finished product was nowhere near acceptable quality. A responsible supplier should have sent a sample photo after the first item was produced, giving me a chance to request adjustments before completing the order.
Instead, I received a finished batch that was unusable and went straight in the garbage. This lack of diligence and quality assurance — whether from the subcontractor or VistaPrint directly — is unacceptable.
I do not recommend their embroidery services, and I would think twice before ordering business cards as well.
