Frustrated with the result

I was extremely frustrated with this purchase. I've been a Vista Print customer for many years and had very high expectations for this order. I paid $59 for a denim blouse, thinking I'd get it embroidered, when in fact, you did a terrible transfer application on it. I have a negotiation meeting on Thursday. I ordered two units for myself and my partner, and when it arrived, I realized that instead of embroidery, it was applied over the jeans. What a disappointment! I never thought I'd pay so much and receive such a low-quality product. False advertising because throughout the process, it said embroidered, and after paying, expecting this, I received a transfer applied over the jeans. I'm truly sad and frustrated with this delivery. I don't recommend it.
