The colour displayed online (and I checked on multiple devices) was way different than what I received. I expected a darkish blue design and it came as a pinky/purple.

Was worried about the delivery date for my item that I ordered, as I paid for a faster shipping but didn't see the date change for the bag item. I did chat online about this and was left discontented, as it me who picked certain items and that is the date that goes with it, even if you pay for faster delivery. I was contacted after by email and I let them know my concerns. Wasn't sure if it would do anything for my delivery. But, I did get the bag delivery about a week earlier than expected. What a relief. The bags were packed nicely and the printing was centered and clear. The bags look great. The count was spot on with 2 extra bags, much appreciated! The other item I purchased were well made, no defects. Will consider purchasing from here again.
