The product is very good, and it is a very good quality also. It came earlier then was promised which was a nice surprise. The thing that surprised me about it was that a picture was able to be printed on the side has my logo has a full size picture. Thank you very much for this.

Unfortunately, I can't comment on the functionality of the duffel bag as this is being used for a company door prize, but our logo came out great and the order was delivered a day or two before schedule.

The bag was great. Good quality and the perfect size. The price was also good. That's why I gave it 2 stars. The customizing was just a sticker. When I clicked on the preview it looked embroidered ie. you could see the thread, but when it came it was just pasted on, not sewn which made the entire gift look cheep.
