Lovely backpack, fine details embroidered well, but one..

I gave this backpack to my partner to use and advertise my business. Very fine details embroidered well, but a portion looks like it was put through in a hurry and is missing a separation chevron in the middle of the graphic. A pity, just got a job from another supplier of a much more complicated design and not a single detail was missed... Right now am hesitant to use Vistaprint promotique for future embroidery work. My partner likes the bag, so not a waste.
