The cards are nice and

The cards are nice and thick and were printed well but the cut edges were done very poorly. The front of the card is a dark grey but the edges have a rough white outline that shows on the face because of the cutting process. Shortly after this order, I ordered another set of thick cards for my 2nd business and they came out perfect. Not sure if they were both done by different printing shops but noticeably different products. I am not happy with they way these look at all

Supposed white background but got color shading

My Company logo was with white background but what I received is light colored shades around my logo. Makes business cards look wired. Did not like my order

Great service, but design problem

I was helped by a very nice lady to convert the design from the European site to Canadian, and she did an amazing job, however the logo on the card’s face was too large. My fault: I didn’t check the design closely enough and ordered. Wish I could print again with a slightly scaled down logo.

Je pensais que les cartes seraient avec un fini mat (j'ai lu trop vite et l'image donne un look mat qui est trompeur à mon avis). Le côté avec le fini brillant donne un look moins premium que je n’aime pas vraiment.

Both! The front of our ultra thick cards has a UV gloss coating, while the back has a matte finish.
