Everything I got is good, the design I uploaded got pushed back and needed to be edited because printing was too small. It wasn't possible to change the image, but they were still able to print some of the big writing. So I got 2 hats that are absolutely fantastic. . . If they had the design I was seeking. For example, 1 of the hats was supposed to be my business card info, but the only thing that could be printed was logo, name, title - my purpose was to display info like the phone number and email. . . Which I didn't get. The other hat design just got the logo, but not the merch tagline "bullshit ticket". . . I did accept and approve these because I had already paid, I'd be happier if I was let to change the image rather than changing the image design itself. . . I can't sell them like I wanted to, but I'll still wear them I guess

Please note that there is limited space on the product and so not a lot of information can be added to it. Also, for embroidery the size of the font needs to be large enough to be embroidered properly in order to be legible.

I wish I had known the result beforehand. It was a gift for a client that was delivered directly to him. The logo was good but the writing above was really cr*p. As if a child had written it. Uneven.
