Had an issue with my first order and even though it was my fault, after contacting customer service they got me together with a designer who straightened out the mess and replaced the order updated. . . no charge, no problem and no need to send back the originals. . . can't say enough good things about this. . . thanks Vistaprint.

The labels are really nice but they don't stay sticking to the packaging I'm putting them on which is pretty frustrating. They weren't cheap and I've ordered several things from Vistaprint and have generally always been satisfied.
