I ordered hats, and overall I was happy with the embroidery quality—the stitching was done well. The only issue I had was the placement of the embroidery. It was positioned a little too high on the front of the hat, closer to the top than to the brim.
Overall, I would rate my experience 3. 5 out of 5 stars. Since half-star ratings aren't an option, I chose the lower rating instead.
