Amazing service. First order was not acceptable with the print quality of the logo. The company replaced the entire order free of charge and did not want the original order returned. Because we are a charity we plan to donate them to patients waiting for their organ transplants.

I bought these for a large event, and they were of decent quality- bit of a softer shell that we had anticipated. We did a quick rinse, but these were covered in a film and required a full scrub to clean before being able to offer them as a promotional product. A pain when you ordered so many!

Soft plastic. Feels 'cheap'

It is hard to buy items with only looking at photos. So please let this help! The cups are soft.... almost like solo cups. Feel cheap.. If you are a business I would recommend the SEDICI 16oz tumbler for a more professional look. If you are purchasing these for party favors or trying to save money on fun gifts these would be ok. But again, to be honest. I wouldn't put my logo on this and expect to increase price for resale.
