Perfect print size, but very poor colours

The Online tool for creating a wall decal is excellent and so the print size was exactly as specified. But, the colours are very poor. The blue is almost black, and the red is dark brown. For comparison, the print on the top is what the colours should have been.

I tried to order some stickers and QR codes. It wasn’t easy to double and I ended up not getting what I wanted at all. Hoping that next time there is an easier way as I have no idea how I ended up with what I got. 1-3 items are usable.
