We were not happy with the red ink on the logo. However, the customer service reps. were very good. They immediately offered for a free reprint of the order. The pen writes well. We split the rating professional customer service and nice pens. Unfortunately, the printing quality was poor, should have been better. It had to be reprinted 3 times.
