The order came quickly, however, some of the flashlights did not work

25 out of 500 did not work

I managed to get one of my kids to open them up and reset the activator so they would work.

Our goal is to always provide our customers with good quality products and we regret that this has not been the case for you. Anyway, we're glad to hear that you got one of your kids to open them and restart the trigger to make them work. When checking the details from your account, we see that our colleague has already sent you another 50 units that you will receive on December 1. We hope everything goes well this time.
