Print Quality is Poor

I ordered prints in the same size they were made in. The image was grainy and pixelated in some areas. There was also an ink smudge on one of the wall poster prints.

We apologize for the print issues you experienced with your posters. To help, we have taken action on your account and an email will be sent with further details. Based on our review, the images submitted were slightly blurry, which contributed to the grainy and pixelated areas. For best results, we recommend using high-resolution files at 300 DPI. Additionally, for future orders, we suggest requesting a PDF proof from the editing studio and viewing it at 100% to clearly check the print resolution before submitting your order.

Incredibly impressed by the quality !! The print turned out amazing, much better than I expected. My only complaint is that there was sticky residue stuck on the poster, which I need to figure out how to get off.
