Ordered about 10 of these for our staff. They fit true to size. The crews have lots of room in the arms to work, good length and soft inside. Definately do font size 35 or under. 40-45 was fairly big and too bam in your face.

Love my sweatshirts. I ordered 3, one of them came with the embroidery crooked otherwise I would do 5 stars.
