The description says insulated - it is a very lightweight shell, great for warmer days, not so much for anything below 0 degrees C. Also, the fit leaves much to be desired

This is a great multi-weather jacket. It is light weight and the pockets are great. The zippers function well and my only wish would be that I be able to unzip the bottom a bit for sitting in my vehicle. This would be worthwhile, even if it cost a bit more. This jacket is my go to, when I'm not sure what is going to happen weather wise. The light weight makes it a breeze to wear and the packability adds flexibility. The hood is great when it gets chilly or wet.
