I didn't want this replacement order it is now useless

You chose to send a replacement order for the shoddy order you sent me for my Christmas event in which the order never arrived in time for the event. The entire event was based around elves getting pictures with a mini Santa and this order was the backdrop. So we could not do the event. Why do I want you to replace that order when my event is OVER and paying for the fastest arrival made zero difference, it came late. The quality was horrible with edges frayed all over it . NOT TO MENTION THIS ORDER HASN'T EVEN ARRIVED!!! IT IS STILL IN TRANSIT. I do not want a new order to replace a product I can't use now due to your failures. I want my money back or a credit including the shipping I paid through the nose for

Good quality, not great colouring

The quality of the paper is nice, but the print was very green. We submitted a warm beige tone and it printed green.
