Meets Expectations on Size, Not on Print Precision

The size of the soup mug is excellent, and I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys large cups. The print quality is adequate for the vast majority of people. However, as someone working in photography, graphic design, and printing, I find that the level of definition is lower than expected.
The main issue is the accuracy of the print placement. I relied on the proof provided on the website to ensure that the design would reach the edges. Unfortunately, the final product shows a significant shift from the top of the mug, and the images were noticeably distorted. Since the design included faces, the deformation is particularly noticeable. My wife is happy with the gift, but from a production‑quality standpoint, I am not satisfied with the result.
Regarding shipping, the delivery took longer than I would have preferred, but considering it was before and during the Christmas holidays, the delay is understandable.
At this point, I am unlikely to order another soup mug unless I have a very specific reason to do so, or if the design involves a full solid color where alignment and distortion are less critical.
