Poor colour quality on napkins

Just ordered some custom napkins on which I uploaded a simple red design. When received the red came out as a dark burgundy and now unusable with our designs.

I ordered napkins for my mom’s 60th birthday party and when they arrived the registration was off leaving the image looking fuzzy and not clean.
