My first round of invites were sent to me with a large white line down the middle. 😀 They resent some more cards to replace the ones that were printed incorrectly. The new cards are now a totally different colour. Will not be a returning customer

Thanks for sharing this with us. Receiving enclosures with a printing defect and inconsistent color isn't what we would want for you. For the best results, we recommend ensuring your artwork uses high-resolution images (at least 300 dpi) and checking colors in CMYK mode, which more accurately represents print colors than RGB. We have completed our check and have since emailed you details regarding a resolution that has been provided to you, and we have look forward to assisting with future products of interest.

My cards came out wonderfully but on my details card there’s one streak of white (on my beige coloured cards) that kinda looks like a printing mistake. I don’t have time to get them redone so I sent them out anyways but for what I paid to get it done I would hope a quality check would’ve happened too.

The website is Very difficult to navigate to find a wedding invite set that matches the same theme throughout . I am happy with the quality of the cards/invites . I had to use customer service several times.
I ordered some table place cards to write guests names on . But the writing area is shiny/ glossy and not able to write on them . I will have to now purchase blank white stickers to write the name on . This was a preset setting of this card . I had a customer service rep help me with these place cards and it was not mentioned to me that the writing side was glossy and I would not be able to write on it .
