The banners came out well, although they are very slightly darker than i thought which is ok, except the red one, it was 50% red but looks darker in real life. If i was aware of this i would have altered the design to cater for that darkness abit more.

I had ordered pamphlets and 2 tabletop banners. When I received them they looked nothing like the colour I had chosen when I made them online. The background colour for both items was turquoise and I received a light grey/blue colour. On top of that one of the banners kept falling over and was fraying on one side. When I got in touch with customer service they were very accommodating in replacing the items but the replacements looked exactly the same as what I had received originally. I also only received 1 replacement banner not 2 as what I had originally received. I don't know what is going on at vista print - low quality and higher prices. This is the third time this had happened recently. I will definitely be shopping elsewhere and I DO NOT recommend them. It's too bad because I have been using them for over 10 years, they used to be good but not anymore.
