Our team photo was blurry on the banner

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re sorry to hear that the team photo on your retractable banner appeared blurry, and we understand how disappointing that must have been. Upon taking a closer look, we found that the uploaded design was of extremely low resolution, which made the team photo illegible even when zoomed in. While our design studio does automatically sharpen images, the quality improvement is limited when the original file itself is low resolution. For future orders, we recommend using a higher‑quality image with at least 300 DPI that is specifically prepared for banner printing. This will help ensure that the photo prints clearly and professionally at a larger size. We truly appreciate your input, as it helps us highlight important design requirements and guide customers toward the best results.

Hi, Thank you for working on our organization’s banner, but unfourtantly, It didn’t come as expected. The big logo is a bit blury. I tried to check before ordering but they said it looks okay.

In the future, we recommend that you request a "PDF proof" of your design before completing the order: www.vistaprint.ca/customer-care/help-center/360052259371/. This is available in the editing studio, and when viewed at 100%, it will show you what the document will look like when printed. We have taken action on your account, and a follow-up email with more details will be sent to you. We recommend editing the original design and using a high-resolution image that is at least 300 DPI. Then placing a new order. The recommended file formats are PDF, AI, and SVG. We hope this helps.

Frequently asked questions

Follow these 4 easy steps to get set up:

1. Case: Open your carrying case and remove the cassette and pole.

2. Cassette: Set your cassette on the ground. Turn the stabilizing foot/feet perpendicular to the cassette.

3. Pole: Connect the pole pieces and then insert into the hole in the cassette.

4: Banner: Using both hands, pull the top of the banner up from the cassette and attach it to the top of the pole.

Here are a few other tips to know before you get started:

  • Don’t try to pull the banner above the height of the pole. Doing so may damage the retracting mechanism.

  • Be careful with the edges and make sure they’re not caught up in the cassette, which could fray or scratch your design.

  • When connecting the pole pieces for the standard cassette, find the round part inside the hole and stick the pole into it to make sure the banner stands straight.

The biggest difference between these banners is the material used and the display options.

Retractable Banners: This style includes a vinyl and polyester fabric banner that comes preassembled with a stand and case. Multiple cassettes and sizes available.

Mesh Banners: Made of woven polyester mesh, these banners are best for outdoor and windy conditions, with included grommets and reinforced edges.

Fabric Banners: Made of 100% recyclable, scratch-resistant polyester with included grommets. Great for indoor and outdoor use.

Vinyl Banners: Our most popular banner. Your choice of indoor (13 oz.) or outdoor (14 oz.) vinyl, both of which are fade- and water-resistant.

When you're setting up standard or premium roll-up styles, make sure to turn the bottom foot/feet perpendicular to the stand. The premium plus cassette has a hidden base for a modern and clean look.
