Grainy print quality

The physical keychain is of good quality, but the print is grainy and does not match the quality expected from the "preview product" images. If your using this product, make sure to be aware of grainy quality and print bigger/simpler shapes and designs. Not recommended for intricate/detailed designs,

Overall the process was easy. From what I can tell it is a solid and durable Keychain. I chose an image with a saying in the centre. Unfortunately the saying did not come out as clearly as the example, it was a little difficult to read. It was a gift and the recipient was pleased with the finished product nonetheless.

Printing error and a shipper errror

Ordered on a rush and paid for express shipping. The order arrived late due to an error entering the address in their shipping software, and the printing of the keychain was off centre despite the proof looking correct. They did admit fault and sent a replacement which was delayed again as they didn’t update the address. First and last time using Vistaprint.
